LIUX (NATURAL MOVEMENT SL), with registered office at Calle Rosales 32, 3A, 28221 Majadahonda, Madrid, NIF B04998993, (hereinafter "the Operator") operates the Repair and Maintenance Information System (RMI) under the domain rmi.liux.eco (hereinafter "the Portal").
The following Terms of Use are legally binding for the use of all content and services offered within the scope of the portal. Contradictory or different conditions of the contracting parties will not be accepted by the Operator.
The Operator provides the users specified in point 4 with repair, maintenance, and spare parts information for the professional maintenance of LIUX brand vehicles (hereinafter "the Content").
Upon completion of the registration process and admission by the Operator, a contractual relationship is established between the Operator and the user regarding access to and use of the content.
The Operator expressly reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the Terms of Use. Modifications will be communicated to the user and will come into force if the user does not object within a specified period.
All payments (if applicable) must be made in Euros in accordance with the current rates displayed on the portal.
It is the responsibility of each person logging in to familiarize themselves with the current agreement.
The user must create an account with a username and a password.
The user is responsible for the security and proper use of their credentials. They must ensure they are kept safe.
The user will be responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must immediately notify any unauthorized use.
Users entitled to a license are "independent operators" (professional workshops) as defined by Block Exemption Regulation (EC) 461/2010 and successor regulations on access to repair and maintenance information.
To obtain a license, the user must complete registration and receive confirmation from the Operator.
Only one license per user is possible. Disclosure of license details to third parties is not permitted.
The user receives a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable end-user license to access the content during the contracted duration. This license does not grant property rights over the content.
The user fee is based on the duration of access to the portal selected by the user (pay per view/time).
Access to the content will be conditioned on prior payment of the corresponding fees announced on the portal.
The user shall only use the content provided for the professional performance of maintenance and repair of LIUX vehicles.
The user acknowledges that the portal has technological measures to prevent copying of the content.

The user is not authorized to remodel, sell, or offer the content available on the portal in any way.
Failure to comply with these prohibitions, especially the attempt to circumvent anti-capture security measures or taking photographs of the screen, will entitle the Operator to block access immediately for reasons of legitimate interest and without right to refund.
The user is responsible for all damages caused to the Operator by the unauthorized use of the content.
The user accepts that the content and materials on the portal are and remain at all times the property of the Operator, including all intellectual property rights, copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets. The user is not authorized to remove or cover copyright identifications.
The portal and content are provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee that the portal is free of errors or operates continuously.
The portal is not a training resource, but a source of technical information.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the portal by the user.
The contract expires automatically if the purchased access time ends or if the user ceases to belong to the group of persons entitled to a license.
The contract may be terminated extraordinarily without notice for just cause, especially if the user uses the content in an unauthorized manner (e.g. taking photographs of manuals).
Upon termination, the user is obliged to destroy any copy of information they may have obtained and is prohibited from continuing to use such information.
Personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, accessible at LIUX Privacy Policy.
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
The courts of the city of Madrid (Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
